This program shouldn't be so hard to find online. Why do searches pull up all these complicated ways to do accent marks .?? This should be #1 in search results.
I have been using SpanishAccents CapsLock for Years. It has become part of my life as I use it in work and for communications with people I need to communicate with in Spanish for work and social reasons. As an expat, it has been a Life Saver to have this option to learn intuitively when something looks right or not and is able to correct my mistakes.
Love this program. I have used it for years and it is very easy to type in Spanish at normal speeds and include all of the accents and different characters.
Works PERFECTLY for about 10 minutes. Then it makes my keyboard buggy, so even if I'm not trying to type spanish accents, when I type an "a" it will be a capital A with an accent. NONE of my letters work properly and I have to shut it down and restart it. Normally to get it to work again for more than a few characters I have to restart the computer. Otherwise, it's amazing...it's by far the fastest most efficient way to type spanish characters on an english keyboard. I've contacted support numerous times but never even received a reply. I don't believe the program is supported any longer.
I use Quizlet in my Spanish classes and find that using this hot key is lots faster than using the cursor to drop down and select the character I want.
